Hotel Rates: $329 Park Tower | $379 Lake Tower - Single or Double Occupancy, plus taxes & fees

Hotel reservations can be made through the Reservations Department by calling 888-965-6542.  Please mention the Block Code SREA24 to receive the discounted rate and amenities.  The contracted guest room block cut-off date is 9/16/24.  

Reservations are required to pay 1 night room, tax & surcharge at the time of booking. There is a 7 day prior to arrival cancellation period for all reservations to avoid forfeiture of the one-night deposit.

Additional Information:

• No Shows will be charged the cost of the entire stay to the payment method of guarantee as a cancellation fee.
• Views and bed types are not guaranteed in the discounted group block. 
• All night’s room, tax & surcharge will be pre-paid at the time of check-in to the payment method of guarantee.
• Early Check-Outs must be confirmed at the time of check-in. Changes made after that time will result in a forfeiture of the room, tax & surcharge prepaid.   
• Cancelation of the room reservation up to 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty.  If a cancellation is made within the 7 days, the first night room and tax will not be refunded.

Annual Golf Outing (Optional – pre-registration is required.  See registration form.)
Coeur d'Alene Golf Course is located onsite at 115 S. 2^nd Street.  Please plan to arrive no later than 11:30 am for a 12:00 tee time.

Hotel Reservation Deadline: September 16, 2024

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before October 2, will receive their total fees minus a $75 Administrative fee. Cancellations received after October 2, will receive a 50% refund of their total fees. No shows or same-day cancellations will not be refunded any of the total fees. There is no reduction in fees for partial attendance
