ROOM RATE INFORMATION

• Rates are quoted in US dollars.
• Room rates and resort fees do not include and are subject to the applicable Washoe County room tax of 13% (subject to change) per room, per night
• Rates are subject to Tourism Surcharge (currently $2.00) per room, per night (SB312)
• Rates are quoted per room, per night based on Single Bed. All Double Beds or Rollaway requests will be subject to a $20.00 charge for each additional bed, plus room tax (currently 13%)
• Rates are subject to Resort Fee as defined below

RESORT FEE

• Hotel Resort Fee (normally $40.00, subject to change) will be reduced to $25.00 per room, per night and is subject to room tax (currently 13%). Amenities include:
• Shuttle service to and from the Reno Tahoe International Airport daily from 4am-11:45pm
• Business center access including incoming and outgoing faxes (up to 5 pages)
• Local and #800 phone calls
• In-room refrigerators
• Microwaves and cribs available upon request
• In-room coffee with Keurig Coffee Maker
• Two (2) bottles of water per night

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to a room. Valid identification required upon check-in
• Maximum of four guests per room.
• Hotel cancellation policy: 24-hours within arrival. Individual reservations are subject to the Hotel’s reservation cancellation policy. Individual reservations which are not cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will be charged one night room and tax.

• Wireless internet access is provided for guests in all public areas and meeting space (30 Mbps download speed) and sleeping rooms (70 Mbps download speed).
